Beginning November 20th, 2017, we will require new and existing HCPs to sign our new customer agreement, which includes a stipulation that Biotics Research's branded products cannot be sold on third-party facilitated online retail or auction websites (including, but not limited to, Amazon and eBay) by any customer of Biotics Research or any of Biotics Research's independent distributors and their customers.
